Have You Invested?

The Moss Bradley Revolving Fund (MBRF) is a neighborhood investment organization that has helped to restore more than 35 West Bluff homes since its inception. More importantly, many of the folks living in those homes now are neighbors who contribute to the betterment of our neighborhood! Look for a photo display of former MBRF homes at the Moss Bradley potluck on May 7.

MBRF purchases homes needing renovation, then finds a buyer willing to commit to the restoration project. The renovations vary depending on the condition of the home. With the help of MBRF the buyer agrees to live in the home while completing the improvements needed to secure a conventional loan. MBRF currently owns two homes that are available for purchase:

1721 Barker Avenue and 1405 Moss Avenue.

Please join the list of neighbors and friends who have already invested … or add to your current investment. Each MBRF investment share is $125. Purchase of a share is NOT a donation but a true investment in the neighborhood. The funds are continuously recycled as improvements on multiple homes in the area. Interest payments on each share (2-4%) are distributed to investors each December. Shares may be redeemed without penalty at any time.

To invest, complete the form below and mail with your check. Your investment will be put to good use!
