Join us for the 2026 Great American Cleanup on Saturday, May 2nd from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to come together as a community and help keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and beautiful.
As part of this initiative, a dumpster will be provided at no cost to the neighborhood, making it easier than ever to dispose of unwanted items and tackle spring cleaning projects.
Whether you're clearing out your home, helping a neighbor, or volunteering your time, your participation makes a difference. Let’s work together to take pride in our community and create a cleaner environment for everyone.

Annual Neighborhood Dinner & Board Elections – Join Us! May 6th Doors open at 6:00 PM
We’re excited to invite you to our Annual Neighborhood Dinner, a special evening dedicated to bringing our community together to connect, share, and celebrate.
This year, the association will be providing the main entrée, and we’re asking neighbors to bring a side dish to share. Whether it’s a family favorite or a dish you love, your contribution helps make this evening warm, welcoming, and memorable.
In addition to enjoying great food and fellowship, we will also be holding elections for board members. This is an important opportunity to take part in the future of our neighborhood and support the continued work of building a strong, connected community.

The Moss Avenue Sale is one of Peoria’s most beloved summer traditions, hosted annually by the Moss-Bradley Residential Association (MBRA). This vibrant, community-driven event transforms the historic Moss Avenue into a bustling marketplace where residents and visitors alike can explore a diverse selection of goods from hundreds of vendors, enjoy delicious food from local food trucks, and soak in the charming atmosphere of one of Peoria’s most picturesque neighborhoods.
From vintage treasures and handmade crafts to antiques, artwork, and unique home décor, the Moss Avenue Sale offers something for everyone. Whether you're a collector, a casual shopper, or just looking for a fun day out, you won’t want to miss this iconic event!
Summer Ice Cream Social
Sunday, July 6th from 1PM-3PM at the Petengill-Morron House Lawn. Music of the Peoria POPS & Ice Cream Social. Bring your own seating. This event replaces the event held in previous years on July 4th
44th Annual Moss Avenue Sale!
The saying "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade" applies to the 44th Annual Moss Avenue Sale! Due to the major overhaul of Moss Avenue, it was necessary to find an alternative location for this year's event. In a neighborly, collaboration with Bradley University, this year's event will be held on the outdoor campus quad. We will still need the help of many neighbors to host another terrific event. We hope to have a full slate of vendors, wonderful food trucks, and live music for the enjoyment of thousands of guests! Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information!
